Recently, we have quietly discovered that on Aleo’s official browser, we have seen that 60 validators have been reported, and on Aleo123’s browser, we have seen that many people have participated in the POS staking test:

Delegators are the participating pledger roles.

At present, we have not seen any rewards for participating in the staking test from official channels. It should be a universal experience to participate, and you can participate by receiving water for free.

However, it seems that currently only Aleo123 can participate, and the others have not been found yet. The accompanying tutorials that I want to experience are as follows:

1. Open the Aleo123 (https://aleo123.io/) browser URL and click Validators. You can see the list of all validators. Click on any one.

2. There is a “Select Wallet” button in the upper right corner. First connect the wallet. Currently, only Leo Wallet and Soter Wallet are supported. After testing the Leo wallet it was not very smooth. It is recommended to use Soter Wallet.

3. After connecting to the wallet, when you see the button with the word “Stake”, click

4. The default value in the pop-up box is 10. According to the latest rules, rewards must exceed 10, so adjust the number to exceed 10 and click OK.

Let me tell you here, if you don’t have test points, you can go to the official DC to get water, which has tutorials.

5. Confirm the operation in the wallet. You can see that there are very few fees and it can be executed in a privacy-friendly manner. Click Confirm.

6. The execution process is a bit long and it will take a few minutes.

7. After the execution is successful, enter the wallet address we just entered on the browser. You can see the pledge history and the total pledge amount in “Bond history”. When you need to withdraw, click “withdraw”. You can see the staking rewards currently obtained in “Total Earnings”.

When the obtained staking rewards reach a certain amount, you can click “Claim” to withdraw them all. When we tested, the “Claim” button did not appear yet. You can test and experience it.

You can also see the history of staking in the Soter wallet, and you can also perform many operations, such as staking and withdrawal, etc.

After the Aleo mainnet is launched, it is estimated that like many other projects, you can directly select a validator node to stake and withdraw in the wallet, so we guess that the wallet will be a must-win entrance for Aleo’s POS staking rewards, and the competition is fierce. !

Generally speaking, the staking process is relatively simple and easy, and anyone who is interested can experience it.

Judging from the current overall progress, 60 validators have been reported and have begun test operations. Is the mainnet still far away in January? Everyone had better prepare in advance, this time the mainnet is really coming!
